Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) cici100 account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration , you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, a Malaysian phone number, and date of birth. cici100 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member at the time of registration.

• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times — do not share it with anyone, including cici100 staff.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact cici100's support team immediately.
• Cici100 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Cici100 accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the cici100 account.
• Cici100 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
